Norman Residence

DESCRIPTION

The alterations and additions to the Norman residence have been designed to maintain the external lines, geometry and features of the existing Californian bungalow while providing contemporary and environmentally sensitive internal living spaces.

The proposal includes a new double height living and dining space with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located on a mezzanine level above the kitchen. A new pool and external entertainment area connect the living space to the outdoors.
