CKDS are currently in the process of documenting the details of two exciting residential projects at Merewether; the Carrucan Residence and the Hubert Residence. Each house is unique in form and both incorporate materials appropriate to the beachside setting.

The scheme incorporates student accommodation with supportable housing and a community centre/community garden. The new development will be largely self sustainable.
