The Supported Accommodation Innovation Fund (SAIF) for Lifestyle Solutions

CKDS has submitted a proposal for the The Supported Accommodation Innovation Fund (SAIF) for Lifestyle Solutions. The scheme incorporates student accommodation with supportable housing and a community centre/community garden. The new development will be largely self sustainable.

Ettalong Amenities

Ettalong Amenities – Construction has finished on the new amenities building located at Ferry road, Ettalong. CKDS was commissioned by Gosford City Council to design and detail the amenities and a waiting area for the local ferry.
Norman Residence

A development application has recently been lodged for the Norman Residence. The alterations and additions to the Norman residence maintain the external lines, geometry and features of the existing Californian bungalow while providing contemporary and environmentally sensitive internal living spaces.
MBA Housing awards

The CKDS designed, LA Residential built, Fairley Masons renovation has recently won the MBA housing award for alterations, additions, renovations and restorations between $100,000-$250,000. Congratulations to all those involved with the project.
