Standing alone in the middle of the city, the tower has become a local landmark, refined and reserved, its monochromatic palette and simple form unobtrusive and respectful. The podium takes its cues from the natural surrounds, the ceramic tiles evoking the area’s iconic sandstone, and the warm timber a nod to the forested ridges sheltering the CBD.

The development raises the standard of design in Gosford, and provides luxury apartments, boutique commercial suites, and a high-class dining and entertainment venue.
The long, thin floorplate of the residential tower allows for excellent solar access, cross ventilation and access to views, with the external screens providing an additional level of control.
Below the residential tower is the parking level. To avoid water table issues or having to sacrifice ground-floor space, the parking was raised and is accessed via a car hoist, and car stackers were utilised to make the most of the restricted floorplate.
Underneath the parking, the boutique commercial spaces increase the diversity of local employment options. With a shared lunch room/lounge area and meeting room facilities, the development caters to an emerging collaborative creative business model.
At street level, the Bon Pavilion provides a range of high-class dining and entertainment experiences, with a café, restaurant, bar and wine tasting room. Visible from the street and central to the space is the iconic spiral stair, creating a strong visual identity for the development.
