The CCGT Commercial Suites and Creative Hub has been designed specifically to assist individuals participating in apprenticeships and traineeships on the Central Coast.
The training facilities include open-area grassed spaces for registered training and integrated support partners, a hospitality training facility and general-purpose training room.
The project incorporated three commercial tenancies for lease, demonstrating a strategic income-generation approach for the not-for-profit organisation. This project aligns with CCGT's mission of connecting jobseekers and businesses to nurture apprenticeships, traineeships, and employment opportunities while promoting financial sustainability.
The outdoor play area was located to allow interaction between the existing play area which will be maintained for the younger aged children and potential interaction with the Primary School adjacent.
