Emphasizing collaboration, the design encompasses formal meeting rooms, open-plan offices, and hotdesking areas. The upgrade involves a refreshed façade with new screening elements, an improved street entry with natural light and pedestrian-friendly features. From lobbies to staff breakout areas, amenities to end-of-trip facilities, the interiors boast refined materials. The rooftop terrace receives a makeover with timber seating and extensive landscaping.
