The project celebrates art by retaining the iconic Dairy Farmers clock tower and incorporating landscaped laneways and public art.

The development consent came through an 18-month design excellence pathway following meaningful consultation and collaboration with the Government Architects Office, City of Newcastle, and the Councils Urban Design Review Panel. A true case study in collaboration with authorities and the design teams.

Dairy Farmers Towers is set to be the tallest towers in Newcastle once complete.

Occupying a prominent gateway position on the western edge of Newcastle CBD, Dairy Farmers Towers is a mixed-use development composed as a collection of three towers varying in height and scale. Up to 99m in height, the scheme contains 180 residential units, landscaped communal roof space, a standalone commercial building as well as active retail frontages that will bring an elegant yet dynamic presence to the streetscape and skyline.

The project retains and celebrates the iconic Dairy Farmers clock tower, and will invite the public to experience this heritage icon in a new way through landscaped pedestrian laneways and public art.
