Gateway 3 marks our third collaboration with the same developer, nestled on a prime inner-city corner with a slender 13m frontage on Hunter Street and a generous 60m stretch along Stewart Avenue.
Highlighting its uniqueness, a sculptural screen will combat western sun ingress, creating a dynamic expression that gracefully wraps around to the northern Hunter Street frontage.
The development features ground level retail for a vibrant street activation, while 6 levels of boutique commercial space sit above. Tenants can enjoy flexible options, with a single tenant per floor or the possibility of multi-floor connectivity through a captivating sculptural link stair. Additionally, the commercial entry seamlessly integrates with an end-of-trip facility that includes bike storage and bathrooms.
