Most people living in housing are past working age, live alone and 93% rely on the age, disability or another pension for income. People are staying in properties longer and there are many housing properties that are under-occupied.

CKDS are committed to assisting LAHC in their endeavours, by providing good design for the community.
CKDS have completed, or are working on, 10 LAHC projects over the past XX years. The mix of housing ranges from Boarding Houses to Affordable Housing in the typologies of apartments or townhouses.
We are committed to assisting LAHC in their endeavour to actively grow and manage the supply of the right types of housing, at the right time, in the right areas, for people in need in our communities.
Through our pre-qualification with the NSW Government Architect and NSW Design Excellence Panel of Architects, CKDS are part of a select group of architects invited to deliver this much needed housing.
Our completed projects are spread state-wide including in; Tweed Heads, Merrylands, Maryland, Waratah West, Pagewood, Revesby, Maroubra Pagewood & Albury.
