The successful collaboration has continued from Sketch Design right through to the currentConstruction stage.

Marchese Partners sought partnership with CKDS as a local firm, with expertise and knowledge in typology and planning process.

The proposal features a podium addressing two street frontages, along with two towers—minor and major—where the tallest tower reaches over 80m in height.

A defining plaza with public art integrates seamlessly with the neighbouring development site across the street, enriching the public domain. With a focus on light and ventilation, each tower boasts a small footprint, ensuring optimal access to natural elements.

Apartments have been designed to optimise living spaces for residents, which is mimicked in the lifestyle-enriching facilities throughout the development including two rooftops – both with 360 degree views, exquisitely landscaped common spaces, a gym, steam room and cinema space.
The project retains and celebrates the iconic Dairy Farmers clock tower, and will invite the public to experience this heritage icon in a new way through landscaped pedestrian laneways and public art.
