The design provides apartments with extensive outdoor area, some nearly as generous as the units themselves.
Each unit opens onto the street with the lower apartment gardens sitting adjacent. The gardens bring animation to the street by creating outdoor spaces conducive to large and small gatherings.
The building entry is defined by an oversized entry door, over three meters high. The door opens into a generous lobby awash with natural light and anchored by a steel and timber stair leading up to the upper levels.
The building steps back up the hill, providing deep overhangs which shade the glazing, operable horizontal louvres to some balconies, which, coupled with the automated internal shading maximizes solar control throughout the development.
