Waterside

The curved, slender towers maximise view corridors and solar access while providing an interesting addition to the Gosford skyline.

The site is a key point of the Gosford CBD linking the business commercial area with the foreshore and new residential precinct while promoting useable sun-lit public domain spaces for the community to utilise.

An existing heritage building will be refurbished for a community performance function space.

The Waterside Mixed-Use Development consists of three towers ranging in height from 26 to 34 storeys, comprising 500 residential units, an 80-room hotel, retail, commercial, hospitality and entertainment facilities.

The podium levels of the development have been designed to encourage patrons to move from Mann St through to Baker St towards the Gosford Waterfront Park with activation through retail, café’s, restaurants, and retail.

The hotel fronting Baker St is provided in one of the towers, while a broad mix of apartment types are mixed throughout the remaining towers and are afforded either water or long distance mountain views.

The project retains and celebrates the iconic Dairy Farmers clock tower, and will invite the public to experience this heritage icon in a new way through landscaped pedestrian laneways and public art.
