At the rear of the development, five residential units are spread over three levels. The residences are elegant, spacious and celebrate the beachside location through the inclusion of large, deep balconies utilising high-quality yet durable materials.

The balconies are large and deep to allow residents to take advantage of the beachside location.
CKDS was engaged to provide documentation services for the Avoca Beach Theatre when the previous architect retired. The theatre has a passionate patron base and invested neighbours. The development upgrades the existing theatre while also adding three new cinemas, basement carpark, cafe/bar, events venue and five residential units spread over three levels, all overlooking the park and Avoca Beach.
Fine grain cladding, light colours, and flowing copper screens are reminiscent to the theatre’s past use while the residential side of the development utilises a paired-back pallete of brick, off-form concrete, timber-look battens and glass balustrades to accentuate the view.
