The novel staircase establishes a captivating focal juncture while enhancing connection within the Library.
The refurbishment aimed to reclaim the inherent original charm and features of the library space, seamlessly melding it with a contemporary 21st Century service paradigm and digital prerequisites.
Over the years, a number of unsympathetic additions had compromised accessibility and programming flow. The design strategy sought to transform the library by amplifying public areas, instituting a discernible demarcation between active and serene zones, and fortifying internal linkages.
A novel staircase was introduced, gracefully ascending to the mezzanine and establishing a captivating focal juncture at the library's threshold. The outcome is an eloquent synthesis of heritage restoration and futuristic functionality, enriching the patron experience in this venerable space.
