The facades are articulated through the use of architectural features, deep reveals, set back windows, a diversity of materials.

Comprising of 40 units over 7 levels, the Boyd Street design achieves a scale, bulk and height appropriate to the desired future character of the Boat Harbour Precinct and Boyd Street. The single storey podium level has been designed to tie in with the scale of neighbouring residential developments and is activated by a ground floor unit and signified residential entry point. The ground floor car parking sleeves these areas with only the car park entry presenting to the street to maximse streetscape activation and retain the amenity of the public domain. A large landscaped communal area on ground floor creates access to a positive outlook, facilitates cross ventilation and reduces overshadowing to the existing neighbouring residential flat development to the south.
